When you sit down and look for ways to make money online from home one of the first ways you will consider is affiliate marketing . Affiliate programs are easy to join but seem to be harder for people to make money with.

In this article we will talk about five reasons why affiliate marketers fail to make money online from home!

1. They do not have the skills it takes to market on the Internet. Certainly affiliate marketers have an advantage in that everything is provided for you.

This means you truly can make fast cash online selling affiliate products because you are given a website and marketing materials to go to work with immediately. However the problem is most affiliate marketers do not know how to make money online!

Therefore to become successful with affiliate marketing you must learn Internet marketing skills.

2. The toughest skill to learn is traffic generation. This simply means how many visitors you are going to get to your affiliate website every day.

5. Network marketing offers the ability to make money by building a downline. In affiliate marketing there are two tier affiliate programs where you can also recruit people and earn commissions on their sales.

However people who try to work this side of the business tend to fail because they spend too much time trying to motivate people who do not really want it. This can cause you to fail because it takes you away from doing what you do best and that is selling affiliate products.

Make Money with Online Money System


Depending on how much money you have, how much you're willing to invest and how much work you're willing to do online money systems could be just the thing your looking for online to boost your residual income. Notice I said residual. All of us want to make money online but some of us know that residual income is one of the most important things. Residual income, also known as passive or recurring income is income that continues to be generated after the initial effort has been expended. Whereas linear income is a one-shot compensation.

But how do money systems of work? Simply put, usually the way these money systems work is you pay a fee and then you will refer say 10 friends or family members. Then, those friends or family members will join and also pay a fee and then they have to refer 10 friends or family members. This is usually called the matrix or a composition flow over. Say you invest a hundred dollars, and then you refer 10 people. And then those 10 people refer 10 more people and they will pay the fees as well. Then, usually you will receive a certain percentage of the fees that all these people are paying.

Don't get me wrong there are some websites online that aren't legitimate but there are a few that actually do work, are honest, and you can actually make residual income from them. And, not just any residual income, but money you can actually live on and not have to worry about bills and such.

First and foremost you want to make sure that the matrix of the site you're going to join will pay you well. You also want to make sure that the flow or spill over that you're going to be receiving is worth your time and effort. You don't want to refer a thousand people and only make $100 off of a thousand people! You just did a whole lot of work and got nothing back for it. You want to refer a thousand people and make a few hundred to a few thousand back! That's the way to go!

As said above, people really do make residual income from these money making systems the hardest thing you have to do is actually find a site that's legit. You can do this pretty easily, though, simply go online and start looking for review sites for money making systems and you will find reviews from different people and companies that have tried money making systems and they either didn't like it or they did like it or they liked the practices or they didn't like the practices, etc. You can find you these review sites by look for reviews online!

Good luck in your search and your success. I know that finding a site that will allow you to live stress free on residual income will make you happier, excited, and give you more time to do the things in life you really want to do!

100% Home Loan Financing - Flex your Muscle


With the current “mortgage meltdown” we hear so much about these days, your average consumer thinks that the days of 100% financing have gone by the wayside. True, you are hard pressed these days to find a bank or lender that will want to carry a second mortgage that combined with a first mortgage adds up to 100% financing. That’s because if there is a default, sitting in second lien position is particularly dicey. Too much risk is involved. And since, in recent history, that scenario of the 80/20 combo was the most common 100% financing vehicle available to a certain group of consumers (non first time homebuyers), there’s a misconception out there that 100% options are all but dried up.

But, a-ha! There is hope for someone who has great credit but prefers to invest his/her assets elsewhere when rates are so low. It’s called the Flex 100. And it can apply to purchases and refinance transactions.

I heard an analyst mention on television the other day that mortgage money is so cheap right now it’s like a sale at Macy’s. That made me chuckle, but it’s true. In which case, why not invest your money elsewhere if you qualify for 100% financing. After all, the homes are still appreciating in most areas, but not at the stellar rate we saw in the past.

The Flex 100 requires you to invest $500 of your own cash towards the transaction, so I guess it’s technically not 100% financing, but it’s pretty darn close. And no, you don’t have to be buying your first home to get this deal. You can actually have owned a home in the past three years! However, it does apply to financing your primary residence only. You can’t get this deal for that nice cabin in Gatlinburg you want to use on the weekends or for that great rental down the street you think you can get a good deal on. You’ve got to live in the house to qualify for this financing.

But you can do a refinance, as long as it’s not a “cash-out,” meaning you’re not paying off debt or taking equity out of the property. It must be a rate term refinance only. However, you can pay off that second mortgage or home equity line of credit you hate, IF you obtained that 2nd lien mortgage when you got your first mortgage (a piggy back closing, we call it). Or to make it clearer, you originally had that 80/20 combo mentioned earlier. If you got that home equity mortgage a month or two after your initial closing to build a deck or payoff a credit card, than it that won’t work for a Flex 100 refinance.

What about your credit score? Well, it will affect the price you get, but there is no “minimum” credit score required for this program. You just have to get an approval through the automated underwriting system required. But be realistic – if you’ve got “iffy” credit, you probably won’t get an approval. A borrower with a credit score below a 620 would probably have to have a low loan to value or debt to income ratio for a chance of an approval.

A Flex 100 may or may not make sense for you. But hey, at least you know it’s an option. Your lender should be able to help you determine if this opportunity to flex your mortgage muscle makes sense for you.

Top Tips for Making Legit Online Money


Making some legit online money could never be more welcome to more of us than right now. The trouble is that, at a time when job security means you've got one until the end of the month, the world and his cat want to make some extra cash.

Consequently the market is saturated with ridiculous get rich quick schemes, scams and fraudulent web sites. The majority of so called money making opportunities are actually only making money for the people who are selling them. However if you get it right there really is a fantastic living to be made from the Internet. So how, amongst all the trash, do you find the legit online money making opportunities.

Firstly you are already heading the right way because your reading this and, more importantly, thinking about how to succeed. Research and planning are vital if you're going to make a living online. However all the thinking in the world is pretty useless without action. So let's consider the steps you need to take:

1. What motivates you; what are your skills; what knowledge do you have that others may value.

2. Look for an opportunity, make the most of your skills.

3. Examine the business for profitability.

4. Build your own business model. Test, test and test again.

5. Take action and implement your business model.

1. If your looking for inspiration for your business then I strongly suggest that you start by looking inside yourself. Now you may think nobody's interested in what you think or know. But consider this. You know how to do things that I don't. Do you know how to knit or how to plumb in a sink ? Can you fix an outboard motor or train a horse? Whatever it may be I am sure there is plenty of knowledge you possess that others would pay to find out. Developing your own information products based upon your own knowledge could be very lucrative. But don't just narrow your focus to Internet marketing and information products there are plenty of other legit online money makers that could lend themselves well to your talents. How about web designing, freelance writing, paid online market research, online trading of physical products, commodities trading, affiliate marketing etc. The most important thing to remember list all of the possibilities that you think you would be capable of undertaking and then see which are best suited to your skills.

2. Once you have a basic idea of what your interested in doing and what best suits your established knowledge base you need to start considering if it's a viable and legit online money making idea. Search for other similar existing businesses. How do they present themselves and how are they generating there income ? There are load of products out there offering you the chance to earn legit online money but check out the review sites first. Look on article sites for product reviews, forums, social networking sites. Ask others what they think (without giving your idea away for free of course). See if you can approach other business owners for any tips or advice. Remember people are usually pretty friendly and, if they are not willing or able to offer you some support you've lost nothing.

3. If you've decided that you have found the legit online money making concept that is best suited to you then it is time to start getting down to serious business of investigating it's profit potential. Whilst it is important to do something you love and something which lends itself well to your skills and knowledge it's all totally pointless if you can't earn any money doing it (unless you just want to do it for love). Ideally you are either looking for something that has high demand but low competition (the Holy Grail of marketing) or something with a proven record of consistent payouts (such as the better paid survey systems). Keyword analysis and research is a huge subject, too big to do any justice here, but will be an important part of this process. Again research is key. In addition look on any forums linked to your chosen concept and see if others are making money and how. Remember those that are are your potential competitors but that doesn't mean they wont have some sound advice if approached.

4. Having finalised your concept, evaluated its profit potential and investigated the competition for further ideas its time to get your business model finalised. In general terms an online business model will encompass a set of processes that produce a profitable result. Once you're business model has proved itself successful you can then repeat this time and time again for an exponential growth of your legit online money making idea. Obviously this model will vary greatly depending upon your concept. For example, if you have decided that you are going to sell physical products then you may incorporate a specific sales letter or wholesaler as part of your model for success. Similarly if you've gone for affiliate marketing as part of your model you may have a set of promotional strategies that you know work well and that you can repeat for a variety of products. The point is that no matter what your concept your business model should be profitable and repeatable. However it is also vital that your model is adaptable to the ever changing and evolving online market. Any decent legit online money maker will be subject to an ongoing process of testing and evaluation. It is so important in online business to continually develop and test new ideas. Discard the ones that don't work and incorporate the successful ones into your model for success.

5. This may mean a rather stupid thing to say but you certainly wont have a legit online money making business if you don't actually take the plunge and start doing it. So many people spend considerable amounts of time dreaming about the possibility of earning a much better income, endlessly researching and planning but never actually producing anything. It is true that there are a lot of bad, money sapping, scams out there but there are also a vast number that are genuine and represent fantastic opportunities. All too often people listen to there friends and families who, knowing next to nothing about the realities of building a legit online money making business, are more than happy to tell you that you are wasting your time. You certainly will waste your time if you don't act but there are plenty of people with very successful online businesses and, if you persevere, there is no reason why you can't be one of them.

There are Many Ways to Make Money Online. Where do you Start?


When it comes to trying to make money online, it was extremely hard to figure out the best route to pursue. There are so many different options to choose from and so many different reviews to read online, that it made it tough to figure out what road to take. How do you figure out which ones actually work? When I became 46 years old, I was bound and determined to quit my job and make money online. Most of us dream about working from home and not having to punch a clock, or not having to answer to some boss. But most of us aren't willing to do what it takes to pursue our dreams. I know that money isn't everything in life; happiness is the most important to me. I will say though, it helps to have a little extra cash when your kids start going to college. And I also believe that it is very important to build your net worth!

One way to try and make money online is to have your own website. Sounds like a great idea, doesn't it? Well if you're like me, I didn't have a clue on how to build a website or what to do to make it successful. But like I said earlier, I was determined to make money online. I didn't know anything about HTML, search engine optimization, website hosting companies, Google Adsense or Adwords, Meta keywords, just to name a few things that go along with a website.

The first thing that I thought of was to go out and hire a marketing firm to help me, and believe me; there are thousands to choose from. There not cheap either! They're going to tell you things like you can make a thousand dollars in your first month. They'll act like making money online is so easy and simple. To work from home and make money online only takes 10 to 15 hours a week. They don't tell you about hiring someone to do your business taxes. They don't tell you about incorporating your business and the costs associated with that. And you might want to go out and hire a lawyer to take care of the legal matters.

Running a website is a way to start to work from home, but it takes persistence. Don't expect to start to make money online right away because getting traffic to your site takes a lot of time. You have to do many different things to get people to visit your site. You have to write articles, blogs and add your site to a lot of different directories, just to name a few. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from starting their own website; I'm just trying to inform you on what it takes to run a website. If this is your dream, then by all means, go for it!

I still feel that paid surveys is an easy way to start to work from home and make money online. It is something you can do when you feel like it. You can do 1 survey a week or 10 surveys a week; it's all up to you. Whatever you decide to do, I wish you all the luck in the world to succeed. Follow your heart; it will always lead you down the right path!

Ok, so anyone would love to get paid for surfing the internet, but it seems to good to be true. Most internet businesses or home businesses for that matter are pure scam. Many makes money online to day. That's the Technology trends


I have been working online since the beginning of 2005 after starting my marketing career offline a few years before that. I love making money online and the idea that I can be on holiday in an exotic location and have to just answer a few emails is what I would call real bliss. At the end of the day to run an online business and make serious money online all you need is a working laptop/computer and an internet connection.

I remember back in 2005 sat in a internet café on holiday in Lanzarote checking on my emails as I was selling numerous information products on eBay and was making sure that everything was ticking over whilst I was enjoying myself. It is also the idea that you don’t need to have any staff in order to run your own business. The idea that I can work solid one day and then take two days off is certainly the biggest thrill that it offers me.

I have several different streams of income that allow me to make money online. Some are better than others as they take less time and energy. Those that you have to put the extra effort into are always the most rewarding just because of the pain and passion that has gone into the creation.


Here is a list of my best ways to make money online:

One page information sites: This is where you create a one page site of information that people will need to know on a daily basis and cover it from head to toe in Adsense. To be able to make a decent profit you want to have at least a hundred of these and they require absolutely no maintenance and can be forgotten for years to come. They could cover things like maps for holiday destinations, calendars, local area events or even software that people are desperate to get their hands on.

Affiliate Marketing: Just by writing a review for someone else’s product can seriously increase the amount of money into your PayPal account. Aim for products that are new and not those that have already been oversaturated in the market as you want a prime position in Google. If you own a website why not include a couple of banners or a review on a customers download page.

Blogging: I personally love Blogging and if you can write a simple Blog Post there is lots of money waiting for you. Create small little niche sites with lots of Adsense and make sure that your Blog Posts reflect what is being currently searched in the search engines and you have it made. When your Blogs are doing well and you are earning a regular income from it you can get Blog posts written for you for a rather low amount so in effect you can have an automated business with very little work involved.

Article Writing: Just by writing 5 articles a day and then have a link through to one of your products can seriously increase your sales. They say that if you do write 25 a week so that’s 5 a day Monday to Friday you can expect to make $1000 in your first 30 days. However as your popularity grows and your reputation increases for being a accomplished writer you will earn much more than this.

Forum Marketing: This is my personal favourite you just NEVER knock the ability to build a business through the likes of internet forums. I use them most days and through answering a simple question and telling the person that I am replying to that they can find the answer on my Blog I can add over 100 clicks in a matter of minutes. This can work in any niche too and doesn’t just have to be associated with the make money online niche.

Social Marketing: This has to be the most powerful way of gaining traffic through to your products and services. As a member of many of them including Twitter, FaceBook, Digg, StumbleUpon and Yahoo Answers I have seen first hand how much they can help your business day in day out. By answering a quick question on Yahoo about Hostgator I can create at least $200 in affiliate commission. Using bookmarking sites like StumbleUpon and Digg has had an amazing affect on the amount of sales that I have received and placed me in the search engines a lot quicker than I could have possibly imagined.

I have now provided you with five excellent ways to make money online. I have to say without a doubt even though these are not the only ways they are my best ways to make money online. Just think about which ones are yours!
